  Hi, I am Bryan D'Antonio a Real Estate Developer and a General Contractor, I have been flipping homes before HGTV made it was so widely popular. I began back in 1989 with my first flip, and from there it just continued on. Over the years I slowly moved up the ladder to the Luxury market. When I first started I was purchasing homes around $125k to a $150k and flipping them for around $200k, not bad for those days, but I had bigger plans. Today we are in the multimillion dollar homes bracket. Building homes for the rich and famous. I think for me, I enjoy the more creative side of flipping homes. I get to build unique styles and be adventurous with design. One thing I have realized is that at these prices people are willing to pay for Luxury.Today I build and flip Ultra Luxury Modern Homes in the Beverly Hills Platinum Triangle. Our rentals are for guests looking to get away from there homes and stay at a 5 star home much different then anything they have experienced.
